  • In 1943 moved to Utrecht (Holland) with 5 companies.

  • Formed 8.26.39 in Swinemünde(?) from RAD with 4 companies.
  • 6.40 to Boulogne (there to 12.42?).
  • In 1942 gave up its 1. company to 321 and 3. company to 340.
  • In late 1942 redesignated Marine-Festungs-Pionier-Bataillon 313.
  • 7.43 to Belgrade, and 11.43 to Trieste (part of units served at Knin).
  • Subordinated to Marinestation der Ostsee, from 6.40 MarinebefehlshaberHolland, and from 11.43 Deutsche Marinekommando Italien/MOK Süd.

  • Formed 8.26.39 in Cuxhaven from RAD with 3 companies.
  • In 1942 gave up its 1. company to 330, but was increased to 4 companies.
  • In late 1942 redesignated Marine-Festungs-Pionier-Bataillon 314.
  • Also served in Marne and in Westerland.
  • 11.44 in Sahlenburg.
  • Subordinated to Marinestation der Nordsee and from 11.44 Seekdt. Elbe-Weser.

Marine-Bau-Bataillon 316

  • Formed 8.26.39 in Emden from RAD with 3 companies.
  • In 6.40 to Boulogne.
  • In late 1942 redesignated Marine-Festungs-Pionier-Bataillon 316 with 4 companies.
  • In 12.42 to Perpignan/France.
  • Destroyed there 9.44 after the Allied invasion of southern France.
  • Reformed 11.44 in Husum-Friedrichstadt.
  • Subordinated to ?, from 6.40 Seekdt Pas de Calais, 12.42 Seekdt. Languedoc, 9.43 Admiral französiche Südküste, and from 11.44 Seekdt. Elbe-Weser.

Marine-Bau-Bataillon 321

  • Formed 10.03.39 in Kiel (Kronshagen) as Marine-Bau-Kompanie 321 from RAD, but became battalion 12.39, and moved to Gotenhafen.
  • 1940 to Hela, and in 1941 to Reval.
  • Reorganised in summer 1942, now with 4 companies (from 1./321 (old), 3./311, 1./313 and kolonnen).
  • In late 1942 redesignated Marine-Festungs-Pionier-Bataillon 321.
  • 1944 in Libau.
  • Subordinated to ?, from 1941 Marinebefehlshaber D/Ostland (later AdmiralOstland), and from 11.44 Seekdt. Lettland.

Marine-Bau-Bataillon 323

  • Formed 8.26.39 in Swinemünde from RAD, and moved to Zetel/Oldenburg with 4 companies (Wilhelmshaven, Jever, Emden, Cuxhaven).
  • In 1940 moved to Trondheim.
  • In late 1942 redesignated Marine-Festungs-Pionier-Bataillon 323.
  • 1945 to Narvik(?).
  • Subordinated to ?, from 1940 Marine-Festungs-Baustab norw. Nordküste,1.5.42 Admiral norw. Nordküste, and 1945 Seekdt. Narvik.

Marine-Bau-Bataillon 330

  • Formed 6.42 from Kolonnen with 4 companies, and moved to Greece.
  • In late 1942 redesignated Marine-Festungs-Pionier-Bataillon 330.
  • Disbanded 10.44 after evacuation of the Balkans.
  • Reformed 12.44 in Kiel.
  • Subordinated to Admiral Ägäis, and from 12.44 Seekdt. Schleswig-Holsteinund Mecklenburg.

Marine-Bau-Bataillon 340

  • Formed 4.42 in Holland from 1./313, and moved to the Black Sea with 3 companies.
  • In late 1942 redesignated Marine-Festungs-Pionier-Bataillon 340.
  • 5.44 on the Crimea, and 8.44 in Constanza.
  • Destroyed 9.44.
  • Reformed 12.44 in Emden.
  • Subordinated to Admiral Schwarzes Meer, and from 12.44 Seekdt. Ostfriesland.

  • Formed 7.15.41 in Marseille from Bau-Bataillon 360 (Heer) with 3 companies.
  • In late 1942 redesignated Marine-Festungs-Pionier-Bataillon 360.
  • In 1944 5 companies.
  • Destroyed 8.44 during the Allied invasion of Southern France.
  • Reformed 12.44 in Bremervörde. 4.45 in Jever.
